Queen Nefertiti was perhaps Egypt?s most beautiful queen. Well, THIS Nefertiti is possibly the most beautiful cat! She?s a gorgeous black long-haired spayed Persian mix female who was surrendered to our shelter on December 14, xxxx when her owner had to move away. She?s just returned to the shelter after being in a loving foster home, and this is what her foster mom has to say about Nefertiti: ?She is 13 and came to me because she had a cold. She is also a shy, sweet girl who would probably do best as an only pet. She loves to sit with you and let you scratch behind her ears. She is not a lap cat although she loves to be near. She's non-aggressive with my pets but just seems to enjoy being with people or as an only cat as she does get a little hissy with the other cats. Nefertiti would probably would do best with older people who would just sit and pet her. She is a really nice old girl who really needs a quiet forever home.?
